  Terms & Conditions

1.0 STATUS OF TERMS

    1.1 These terms constitute a legal document ("the Agreement"), which sets out the rights and obligations of you as the purchaser ("You"), and those of Espresso Parts Limited, in relation to the services and products offered by us through this site. By using EspressoParts.co.uk´s services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you re-affirm that the agreement every time you use any of our services.

    1.2 You Agree to:

      1.2.1 Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted on our order for and;

      1.2.2 Let Espresso Parts Limited know of any changes made to your details such as address and contact number. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Espresso Parts Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate not current or incomplete, Espresso Parts Limited reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, cease supply and refuse you any and all current or future use of the Espresso Parts.co.uk site (or any portion of it).

2.0 PLACING AN ORDER

    2.1 When viewing our products on the site, the page contains important information such as description, prices and options of the goods or services available.

    2.2 In the unlikely event that an incorrect prices is shown on our website, EspressoParts.co.uk reserves the rightto abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified, and at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order.

3.0 RIGHT TO CANCEL

    3.1 You have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days. The 7 working days will start the day after receipt of the goods.

    3.2 The cancellation notice should be sent by email to EspressoParts.co.uk and must state your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order.

    3.3 Where Espresso Parts.co.uk have supplied goods to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods in your possesion pending their return to Espresso Parts.co.uk´s warehouse. Espresso Parts.co.uk will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the order.

    3.4 Where Espresso Parts.co.uk have supplied goods to you, these goods must be returned to RETURNS DEPO, PO Box 420, Horley, RH6 7WP. The cost of returning goods is non-refundable.

    3.5 One notice of your cancellation has been received and we are in possession of the returned goods, Espresso Parts Limited will make a refund of the order price to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods. This will be done within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
4.0 CONTENT

    4.1 Certain links in this site (typically a banner advert or icon) will lead to sites which are not controlled by Espresso Parts Limited. When you activate any of these you will leave the EspressoParts.co.uk website. Espresso Parts Limited has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any site which is not under the control of Espresso Parts Limited.

5.0 DELIVERY
    5.1 Orders received before 3.30pm are normally dispatched the same day, providing the stock is available in our warehouse. We aim to deliver ALL orders within 5 working days, but in some situations we may not be able to deliver for anything upto 30 days. If EspressoParts.co.uk cannot deliver within 30 days you will be notified immediately to arrange another time for delivery, or if you would prefer, cancel the order.

    5.2 All of our web products are subject to a standard delivery charge of £5.95 + VAT to most UK Mainland addresses. Orders for delivery to Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles may be subject to a small delivery surcharge (details available on request). We endevour to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of the order being placed.

6.0 COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE

    In the unlikely event that you have any complaints as to our service or any of the goods and services supplied to youfrom our site, please conatct us by either:

    All compalints are taken seriously and will be investigated as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endevour to rectify and problemas as soon as possible

7.0 COPYRIGHT

          As a visitor to EspressoParts.co.uk you are licensed to copy electronically or to print portions of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Espresso Parts Limited´s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. This includes all designs, texts, graphics etc.

8.0 PAYMENT
          We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. We also accept cheques (items will be released once funds have cleared).

          All our credit and debit cards are processed using Barclaycard Business.

9.0 VAT
          Espresso Parts Limited are VAT Registered in Great Britain. All items on our site are displayed net of VAT and a VAT breakdown is available at the checkout stage.
